I was inspired to show what grounding looks like through visual storytelling and how it impacts us all when we spend time outdoors. Grounding yourself helps you foster a spiritual connection by being one with the natural environment. There are many ways to enjoy the outdoors and still ground yourself. Grounding yourself daily improves mental health, reduces stress and anxiety, and promotes inner peace. My life has changed for the better, and my mind is clear since practicing daily grounding.
